MAINTENANCE CONTRACTSYou can report a fault on your network 24/7, 365 days of the year. As a minimum commitment, SpiriTel will log the report on receipt during working hours (08.00 to 17.00 hours, Mon to Fri) and assign the case to a technician within 10 minutes. Thereafter, our response to dealing with the fault will be governed by your Maintenance Agreement. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTSOur services are inescapably linked with the services provided by network operators, so it is impossible to guarantee that services will be always fault-free. For this reason, we place great importance on our choice of network and managed service quality with Service Level Agreements that set time scales for responding to your queries and resolving issues. Throughout our provisioning services, we shall endeavour to retain all the necessary consents, licenses and agreements required and will provide the services in accordance with all applicable telecommunications and data protection and other laws. |
