EXCHANGE LINES

Single Analogue Lines:

  • Generally used for faxes, single phone lines, modems or PDQ machines.  

Multi Analogue Lines:

  • Used as a back up to ISDN30 lines or as main lines on older small key systems.

ISDN2 Standard Circuit:

  • A single ISDN2 circuit that delivers two digital exchange lines and is used for data transfer when connected to a PC/Server, ISDN faxes, routers and video conferencing units.

ISDN2 System Circuits:

  • Delivers a minimum of two digital exchange lines and is available in multiples of two lines up to a maximum of 28. A direct dial number range can work over the circuit and the service is used mainly to connect ISDN2 compatible telephone systems.

ISDN30E:

  • A single ISDN circuit that delivers up to 30 digital exchange lines. SpiriTel can take over DASS and ISDN30e, provided that the customer is out of minimum contract with BT Retail. However, we can only supply DASS as a transfer, not a new provision.
 

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

You can report a fault on your network 24/7, 365 days of the year. As a minimum commitment, SpiriTel will log the report on receipt during working hours (08.00 to 17.00 hours, Mon to Fri) and assign the case to a technician within 10 minutes. Thereafter, our response to dealing with the fault will be governed by your Maintenance Agreement.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

Our services are inescapably linked with the services provided by network operators, so it is impossible to guarantee that services will be always fault-free. For this reason, we place great importance on our choice of network and managed service quality with Service Level Agreements that set time scales for responding to your queries and resolving issues.

Throughout our provisioning services, we shall endeavour to retain all the necessary consents, licenses and agreements required and will provide the services in accordance with all applicable telecommunications and data protection and other laws.
