The XN120 has all the features you would need from a large corporate phone system:
- Abbreviated dialling: Last 10-number redial.
- Calling Number Display: Identification of a caller’s name and telephone number, allowing you to answer with a personal greeting.
- Integrated Digital Voicemail: Up to 15 hours of message time, and a host of flexible options such as a simple Conversation Record facility to store conversations in your mailbox.

- Message Centre: Allowing two people sharing the same phone to have their own ‘Message Waiting’ indicator. Each person can see if he/she has any new messages.
- Integration with your PC: Connects your phone to your MS Outlook Contact Manager application allowing point and click dialling.
